Seven Chakras: Go Deeper

Each chakra has its own symbolism, signs of balance, and practices — pick the one you want to explore.

Chakras are the seven energy centers the Indian tradition uses to describe different dimensions of human experience — from a basic sense of safety to the ability to see meaning. Each chakra carries its own theme: Muladhara — grounding and survival, Svadhisthana — pleasure and creativity, Manipura — will and boundaries, Anahata — love and acceptance, Vishuddha — voice and self-expression, Ajna — intuition and clarity, Sahasrara — connection to something larger than yourself. We suggest treating this model not as medical fact but as a handy map for self-observation: seven themes in which it is easy to recognize your strong and sagging zones.

The online chakra test is simple: 21 statements — three per center — answered honestly on a scale from 1 to 5. The algorithm computes a percentage for each chakra and plots the result on a chart: where your energy flows freely, where it is weakened, and where it is in excess. Each zone comes with a description of the state and a concrete practice — breathing, bodywork or reflection.

The test suits those who feel that something is off but cannot name it: chronic tiredness, a clenched voice, trouble with boundaries or trust. Balancing the chakras here is not a ritual but a language — a way to describe your state more precisely and choose which theme to work with first. The result is not a verdict but a snapshot of the moment: retake the test in a few weeks and compare the dynamics.

A model of seven centers, each describing a separate life theme: safety, pleasure, will, love, self-expression, intuition, meaning. Whether or not you believe in subtle energy, this map helps you notice which areas of your life are asking for attention right now.

By the theme that sags in your life: constant anxiety about tomorrow points to the root chakra, swallowed words to the throat, difficulty feeling joy to the sacral. The 21-question test translates these sensations into concrete percentages for each center.

Two to three minutes: 21 short statements with a 1-to-5 scale. The test is completely free and requires no sign-up — the result, with a chart, state descriptions and practices, appears right on the page.

Start with one or two of the weakest zones: every chakra comes with a simple practice. Retake the test in three or four weeks and compare — the dynamics say more than a single snapshot. For deeper work there is Sibylla's extended PDF report.
