Terms of Use
Updated: July 11, 2026
These Terms describe the rules for using the Sibylla platform (ask-sibylla.com) — its free tools, your account, and paid digital reports. By using the service, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. Who we are
The Sibylla service is provided by: Sole Proprietor Kyrychuk Oleh Volodymyrovych USREOU (tax ID): 3323613874 Address: 50 Neprytskoho-Hranovskoho St., Kremenets, Ukraine Support contact: [email protected] Purchases of digital goods are also governed by the Public Offer Agreement published on the website.
2. What the service is
Sibylla is a platform for self-discovery. We provide free online tools and paid personalized digital goods: electronic reports and symbolic readings generated automatically from the data you provide. The service is spiritual and reflective in nature: the readings are a symbolic language for reflecting on yourself, not statements of objective fact. For details on how the answers are created, see the "How Sibylla Works" document.
3. Account and Google sign-in
Some tools are available without registration. To keep your reading history and a personal profile, you can create an account by signing in with Google — in that case we receive only your email address and profile name from Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account confidential and for all activity carried out in it. The service is intended for people aged 18 and over (see the Age Policy). You can delete your account and associated data at any time (see the Data Deletion Policy).
4. Payments and refunds
The list of digital goods, prices, delivery terms, and subscription conditions are set out in the Public Offer Agreement. Payments are processed on the payment provider's side — see the Payment Policy for details. Refund conditions and subscription cancellation are described in the Refund Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these documents.
5. Prohibited use
When using the service, you agree not to: — abuse the free tools or circumvent the platform's technical limitations; — collect data through automated means (scraping) without our written consent; — attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service's systems or other users' data; — resell, publicly distribute, or present paid reports as your own product; — use the service for unlawful purposes or to harm third parties. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access in the event of a violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The design, texts, illustrations, knowledge base, and program code of the platform belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright law. A personalized report you purchase is intended for your personal, non-commercial use; no rights to the platform elements used to create it are transferred to you.
7. Liability and disclaimer
The service is reflective in nature and does not constitute medical, legal, psychotherapeutic, or financial advice; it does not replace consulting a qualified professional. All readings are a symbolic system for self-discovery, not objective fact, so any decisions made on their basis are yours alone and at your own responsibility. The service is provided "as is"; we are responsible for the technical operation of the platform, and our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant digital good. The full text of the notices is in the Disclaimer document.
8. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms — for example, when new service features appear or legislation changes. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page; we announce significant changes on the website or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We aim to resolve any disputes through negotiation — write to us at [email protected]; if no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine. If any individual provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
