Refund Policy

This is a draft document that requires legal review before final publication. If a PDF report was not generated due to a technical error, the payment is refunded in full within 5 business days. A subscription can be cancelled at any time in your account — payment for the current period is not refunded, but access remains until the end of the paid cycle. Unused credits are non-refundable but never expire.
