Refund Policy

If an electronic report was not generated due to a technical error, the payment is refunded in full within 5 business days. A subscription can be cancelled at any time in your account — payment for the current period is not refunded, but access remains until the end of the paid cycle. Auto-renewal can be switched off in your account in one click at any time before the next billing date — no further charges will be made after that.
