An accurate natal chart requires three pieces of data: the date, the time (ideally to the minute), and the place of birth. Your birth time affects the Ascendant and the houses — without it the chart will be incomplete. If you don't know the exact time, you can start with a general analysis of your Sun sign and order the full reading later, once you manage to verify the data (for example, at the maternity hospital).
